Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed to ship Monday through Friday. They are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Once you receive your tracking information, it can take 24 - 48 business hours for the tracking to update.

Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days for all items that are in stock. Processing times are not calculated into the estimated delivery times.

UPS shipping takes anywhere between 5-7 days to receive.
All priority shipping has an expected delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on the origin, destination, and drop-off time.

If you are missing an item or the item that you receive is damaged, then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of shipment.
If you would like to request a refund for returned, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was originally charged to no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by Clean Victory. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit. There will be no restocking fees and the return shipping label will also be covered by us and emailed to you.
Purchases must be returned (ship date) to 4229 North Nevada Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80907 within 30 days of the original purchase in order to receive the full refund plus 10%.
